way i see it is that it was a singer before the war its brother died they all got nuked and it lived by hiding in the safety box and the hair it finds is its own hair as it fell out and lost colour and while in there it invented cumberdale and the gang and is so used to its own voice other peoples voices terrify it because there strange and it likes to feel because thats how it passed the time and also mutated... anyways that's how i view it
(i call salad fingers it because its sex is unknown to me it had its shirt off but milk came out also it wears male and female clothing)... long ass rant enjoy
